T.U.S. is an OEM for a complete line of Electro-Chemical Etching machinery. The product line starts with our manual marking unit, intended for carry-on usage and small batch sizes. Our semi-automated Marking machines Mark IP and Mark IP/AB-R are the most commonly purchased machines.  Due to their very quick setup time and the elaborate semi-automatic interface they are used for medium batch sizes of 100 to 10,000 pieces. Our proprietary Anti-Blotch mechanism brings out perfectly detailed and homogeneous marks.  For fully automated processes we have developed our Multi-Station Etch Mark System Mark II with a programmable Process Controller. We also offer a fully automated serialization unit that provide features like Part ID serial numbering as well as 2 and 3 dimensional bar coding.
